What started out as only affecting some of DRWS customers, has now become a system wide disinfectant conversion for all DRWS customers. Central Texas Water Supply will begin their conversion on September 4^th, 2024, and continue through October 4^th, 2024.

During this period, you may experience taste & odor changes.

Notice to Boil Water

August 30, 2024

Due to Central Texas Water Supply experiencing a pressure drop on their main, some of DRWS customers are required to boil their water.

Customers affected are on Route 16. Route 16 consists of:

2390 Fort Rd, Dogridge Rd, Cedar Tree Ln, Cordell Ln, Salee Rd, Stanley Rd, Audra Rd, Brent Rd, Jessie Rd, Katy Pauline Rd, George Wilson Rd on the South side of IH-14, and all customers living on the South side of IH-14 frontage road with Dogridge Rd running behind your property.

You will be notified in this same manner when the boil notice is rescinded.
